Halo 5 is arguably the biggest exclusive the Xbox One has and it was a game that many Halo fans were super excited to get their hands on.
Halo 5 is one very story driven game and we actually get to experience the story from two points of view. As well as taking control of Master Chief. A new character, Spartan Jameson Locke is playable. The story sees Master Chief and his loyal team trying to stop what they feel could be the end of humanity as we know it and Spartan Locke and his team is sent to track down Master Chief who has gone against orders and is now to some regarded as a traitor. Add to this the “change” in Cortana and you have one hell of a sci-fi story.
Most people loved the story and felt that adding in this new character was a great change of pace, but of course, there was some who would rather have just played as Master Chief for the whole campaign.
Halo 5 had a ton of multiplayer modes with the most notable new one being Warzone. In this mode, you could have 24 player battles and Covenant and Promethean enemies would be on maps to add a bit of variety.
Halo 5: Guardians was another smash hit for the people at 343 Industries with any fears that people had about Bungie no longer being part of the Halo universe firmly being put to rest. Even if you do not play the multiplayer, Halo 5 is worth experiencing just for the single player mode alone!
