I touched on this a few days ago that the next DLC pack for Call Of Duty WWII, United Front was leaked. Well, the folks at Activision have confirmed that United Front is, in fact, real and have released all the details about it.
Call Of Duty WWII United Front is being released on the 26th of June for PlayStation 4. As with the other DLC packs, Xbox One and PC owners will have to wait around a month. I really wish that Activision would not do this and just let everyone play at the same time.
There are three new maps, Market Garden, Stalingrad and Monte Cassino. There is also a brand new War Mode mission that is called Operation Supercharge which sounds like a lot of fun. Of course, there is also a new chapter for Nazi Zombies. Thanks to the leaked PlayStation trophies we knew that this was going to be called, The Tortured Path.
What is pretty interesting about The Tortured Path is that four brand new characters are being thrown into the mix and the story of this sees us needing to go to new locations in order to transport the different pieces of Emperor Barbarossa’s sword. I am very excited to get my hands on this as I have really enjoyed what they have done with Nazi Zombies.
I think that this sounds like it is going to be a very fun DLC pack and once again the folks at Sledgehammer Games are just adding way more bang for your buck with this DLC. Check out my next blog where I will take a closer look at the multiplayer maps and the new War Mode mission.
